Introduction
Office Bridge Group are a supplier of over 25,000 products including Office Stationery, Furniture, Educational Supplies, Printers & Consumables, Print and Promotional items.
We have been supplying Office Products across the UK since 2005 to customers ranging from Schools to Accountants.
Based in Cheshire, Office Bridge Group offer a free next day delivery service to all customers.
We pride ourselves on integrity and transparency. As part of new GDPR legislation we have reviewed our data protection and privacy standards.
PN Office Solutions Limited trading as Office Bridge Solutions (“Office Bridge Group”) is a "data controller". This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about individuals.

For both our customers and prospective customers we also hold call logs summarising the conversations that we have had with you regarding the work that we have with you or the work that we hope to secure with you. The conversations are logged so that we are able to provide a good service to you and pursue our legitimate business interests.
In the case of suppliers or prospective suppliers, we hold the following types of personal data:

Where we use suppliers and we send your personal data to them e.g. our courier to deliver goods, we take adequate measures to ensure that those third parties have suitable data protection measures and safeguards in place.
Automated decision making
We do not use any automated decision making and this is not relevant to us.
How long will we hold personal data?
We will conduct regular personal data audits.
We will only hold personal data for as long as is necessary but much will depend on the type of personal data held.
We will need to keep it for a certain amount of time in case of legal claims against us and also based on legal and regulatory requirements.
